GENERALLY FOR PURCHASE

When placing an order, a purchase agreement is only made when Siden Selma has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. You as a customer acknowledge that you are liable for payment when you have completed the order on the checkout page. An order confirmation is generated automatically. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old.

We protect customer privacy and save and store customer information securely, without sharing information with third parties. Upon confirmation of our purchase terms, you also approve our handling of your personal data in accordance with our INTEGRITY POLICY.

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST AND HOW ARE THE GOODS DELIVERED?

We offer free shipping within Sweden for purchases over SEK 1000. Within Sweden, shipping takes place with Postnord, estimated delivery time is approximately: 2-3 working days.

Your package is delivered to your letterbox or postbox when you choose registered mail as the delivery method. If you choose MyPack Collect, your package will be delivered to your nearest collection point. You can often choose to change the delivery location when the package is handled for delivery by Postnord when you use their mobile app.

Together with our shipping partner, we bear the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the item being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of a possible return to us.

When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging and contents be damaged, you notify your postal center or directly to the carrier. Notify us as soon as possible if this occurs by emailing info@sidenselma.se.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can currently choose to pay with Swish, card payment, partial payment or invoice payment via Klarna Checkout.

WHAT APPLIES TO EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

With us at Siden Selma, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have collected your item. You can easily register your return on our website, you will then receive a QR code sent to you via SMS or e-mail. The QR code is displayed at your nearest delivery point and a return shipping slip is then printed on the spot.

The return cost of SEK 59 is deducted from your refund. In the case of exchanges, we are responsible for the return cost back to us at one time. In case of multiple exchanges for the same order, a cost of SEK 59 per return will be added.

Fill in the return form included in the package. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Reimbursement of the goods normally takes place to you within 14 working days after we have received the return.

The product must be returned with original packaging, in good condition and with a completed return form. Do not use strong perfumes or other skin care products that may leave stains on the product during testing. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as a customer may be liable for compensation.

Underwear and blankets must not be used before returning to us, so be careful to examine the product before opening the packaging.

WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

We handle our returns on an ongoing basis, but it may take between 6-8 days before you receive a confirmation from us. During certain periods, such as sales and holiday periods, it may take up to 14 days before we can process your return. If you have questions about your shipment, you are always welcome to contact us at info@sidenselma.se.

Your return will be refunded through Klarna Checkout. We want to make you who shop with Klarna invoices aware of when your Klarna invoice is due, to avoid reminders and interest charges from Klarna. Make sure to read carefully in Klarna's terms and conditions what applies to you. Please contact Klarna for all questions regarding Klarna invoices.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

As a rule, packages remain at the delivery point for 14 days. After that, these are returned to us. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 150 if a package is returned to us without a valid reason.

WHAT APPLIES IN CASE OF ANY COMPLAINT?

Since Selma complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint, on presentation of a valid proof of purchase (receipt or account statement). The right to complain only covers original errors, i.e. production errors. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the error. The right to complain does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is therefore not reimbursed.
